Founded in 1808, it preserves an original underground cellar carved into limestone bedrock—an essential element that gives our wines and cavas their unique character.

Our motto, “Unique by Nature,” reflects a deep commitment to sustainability. We practice organic viticulture, use solar energy, recycle, protect local biodiversity, and support local artisans and producers.

Our soils, predominantly limestone, rest on a vast limestone bedrock formed more than 30 million years ago through the sedimentation of calcium carbonates dissolved in the freshwater that, during the Miocene, formed a lagoon in this area. This soil has a decisive influence on the character of our wines, making them fresh, aromatic, elegant, and long-lived.

Our microclimate, created by the surrounding trees and the nearby lake, moderates temperature and humidity both in winter and summer. This allows the vines to develop in a distinctive way, producing healthy, fully ripe grapes that retain natural acidity and freshness, without the need for excessive vineyard treatments.
