With 10,000 hectares, 2,000 of which are ecologically certified, and 3,000 member families, we take pride in being the economic engine of the region. We produce wines under the quality labels of Utiel Requena and Cava. COVIÑAS is strongly committed to the future of the region through the practice of ecological, sustainable, and adapted agriculture, as well as the reduction of CO2 emissions, the use of renewable energies, recycling, ecodesign, and the promotion of native grape varieties such as Bobal.
