Finca San Blas is a boutique winery in Requena, a renowned high-altitude wine region near Valencia, where our unique natural environment and commitment to sustainable organic farming allow us to craft wines that embody authenticity and character.
Of our 675 hectares, 55 are dedicated to vineyards carefully divided into plots according to the ideal soil and microclimate for varieties such as Bobal, Garnacha, Xarel·lo, and Merseguera, all cultivated organically.
Since 2000, we have been crafting wines with personality, originality, and elegance through minimal intervention winemaking practices designed to preserve the purity of the fruit. Our limited-production wines have received high scores and prestigious awards, including the Platinum Best in Show at the Decanter World Wine Awards for our noble rot wine.
At the New York exhibition, we will be showcasing two monovarietal red wines, two white wines, one Cava made by the traditional method, and one noble sweet wine from botrytized grapes, each reflecting our dedication to terroir and authenticity.
