Clos de Lôm is a family winery, located at the heart of Valencia, in a little town called Fontanars dels Alforins. This area is very well known for elaborate high quality wines. The personality of our wines is linked to a privileged location at 600 meters of altitude, with different types of soils where clay limestone predominates, a continental climate influenced by the Mediterranean and a very traditional viticulture. All our vines are low-bushed, non-irrigated and harvested by hand. Looking for quality or yields per hectare are very low, reaching in red grapes 4.000kg and in white grapes 7.000kg.

The pure expression of these unique sites has from the beginning defined our winemaking philosophy.
