Since its founding, the winery has focused on the meticulous work of the vineyard in organic farming and minimal interference in winemaking in the cellar. It works organically, with indigenous yeasts, concrete tanks, foudres and French oak barrels of different cooperages. In 2019, the second generation of the family, María José and Julián López-Peidro, formalized their entry into the winery. It was in 2020, with the launch of the estate wines, Anma Tinto and Anma Blanco, and the Cava Eterno Brut Nature Gran Reserva, when this generational change was consolidated.
