We work as a cooperative winery, and we pamper our products as if they were our own children. From the plant to the bottle, we maintain the highest quality and proof of this is the fact that we have obtained the highest score in BRC and ISF.

We are the winery in charge of producing 40% of the DO Alicante, we have 1000ha with an average production of 3000kg/ha and we are one of the largest producers of organic wine, with 700,000 bottles and 360ha and we are pioneers in the organic cultivation of the DO ALICANTE having started our project in 1996 and launched our first organic wine in 1997. It was a young wine, combining Monastrell and Tempranillo grapes, and was called «Castillo de Alicante». Over time we have added more producers, new varieties, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Garnacha, Syrah, Petit Verdot and Macabeo, and a wide variety of growing conditions, which gives us many possibilities for the design of new wines.

1987年設立。オーガニック・ワイン、スティル・ワイン、スパークリング・ワインの醸造、リキュールワイン、ノンアルコールワインの製造・販売を行ってきました。

新商品としてベルモットの製造も始めています。

協同組合であり、それぞれの組合員は出来上がるワインを自分の子供のように思っています。品質には特に気を配り、BRC、ISF では高得点で認証を受けています。

D.O.Alicante認定 ワインのうち40% を醸造、畑の広さは1,000ヘクタール、1ヘクタールから平均3,000kg のブドウを収穫。オーガニックワインは1996年にプロジェクトを立ち上げ、翌年から販売開始。現在は360ヘクタールの畑から70万本のオーガニックワインを醸造、D.O.Alicanteで最も早くオーガニックワインを手掛けたワイナリーです。最初のワインはモナステルとテンプラニージョのクパージュ、

“Castillo de Alicante” と名付けられました。その後、組合員が増加したことで、カベルネソーヴィニオン、メルロー、ガルナチャ、シラー、プティ・ヴェルド、マカベオ様々な品種のブドウが使用できるようになり、クパージュによる新しいワインの可能性が広がってきました。
