Bodega Sierra Norte is a third generation family winery that has been committed to organic and sustainable viticulture since the beginning of its activity. The vineyard is at the centre of each of our steps. We have 450 hectares of vineyards, some of which are over 80 years old. Our viticulture is low-yielding and we aim for quality and varietal expression.

We love native varietals. Bobal is the grape of our main production area, the one that governs the DOP Utiel-Requena. With this grape we created Pasión de Bobal, a wine that has made us internationally known and recognised.

We like our work so much that we wanted to share that passion through wine tourism at Finca Calderón Enoresort, where we have our new bioclimatic winery, and where we have restored an old winery dating from 1900. At Finca Calderón Enoresort we make sure that wine tourists are completely immersed in the culture of wine.
