The main variety we work with is the versatile Monastrell, as well as other national and international white and red varieties. Within this offer, we have organic wines and one of our missions is to convert all our vineyard hectares to organic and sustainable cultivation. It is worth mentioning that we are one of the 10 wineries worldwide that produce Fondillón, the oenological jewel from Alicante, which is aged in oak for at least 10 years. We are part of the preservation of our wine and landscape heritage thanks to projects such as our Patrimonio Monastrell, which houses high quality single varietal wines from the oldest vines.
