私達はアリカンテ北部「マリーナ・アルタ」と呼ばれる地域のベニッサにある、家族経営のワイナリーです。他と差別化できる多種多様なワインを作るため、独自のブドウ畑を育てています。
私達の哲学は、畑とセラーでは最小限の介入しか行わない、という考えに基づいています。その方法でこそ、ブドウが持つ自然本来の魅力を最大限に表現することができる、信じているからです。
海に近接した土壌の特異性とこの地ならではの気候は、この畑に育つブドウを、より特別なものに作り上げることを忘れてはなりません。
土着品種であるモスカテル（白／オレンジワイン）とヒロ（赤ワイン）を栽培、皮付きのまま行うマセレーションと、独自の酵母による自然発酵、無添加で行う醸造によりその味わいを最大限に引き出しています。

We are a family winery located in Benissa, north of Alicante, in an area called Marina Alta. We grow our own vineyards to make our different wines.
Our philosophy is based on the minimum intervention both in the field and in the cellar since we understand that in that way we will obtain wines with the
maximum expression of the native grape varieties.
It is important to keep in mind the importance of the singularity of the terroir because of its proximity to the sea and the climatology and that makes the native grapes so special.
We work with the autochthonous varieties Moscatel (white/orange wines) and Giró (red wines) and we do it obtaining their maximum expression since they are macerated with their own skins, with a spontaneous fermentation with their own yeasts and with no addition of additives.
