We are a family-run business located in the mountains of Alicante (Spain), dedicated to the production and commercialization of organic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) and innovative oil-based seasonings made with seawater.

Our products are flavored with natural ingredients and contain no additives.

Our farming system is certified organic and is continuously evolving towards regenerative agriculture. It is completely free from pesticides and phytosanitary products, ensuring full respect for and care of the surrounding ecosystem.

We work with native varieties from the Valencian Community—such as Blanqueta, Villalonga, and Alfafara—as well as others like Picual and Arbequina. Our olives are harvested early, while still green, to preserve their finest aromas, flavors, and high antioxidant content. We carefully oversee every stage of the production process to create distinctive, high-quality products with added health benefits.

Our Mil·lenàries project highlights the natural and cultural heritage of ancient olive trees, as well as the exceptional extra virgin olive oil obtained from these monumental specimens. With Mar i Oli, we have developed a unique and exclusive condiment combining olive oil and seawater, enhancing its nutritional value and expanding its culinary possibilities.
